Claire thrives when helping people discover their potential. With sixteen years’ experience leading international pharmaceutical teams, she finds simple, effective ways to help people, teams, and businesses grow. Her contagious passion for the Pharma industry makes her the ideal partner to design and deliver the training needs for your organisation.

With experience in many diverse industries including Pharmaceuticals, Financial Services, Telecommunications, Energy and Property, Angela brings an array of relevant knowledge to her coaching, helping complex organisations with high performing senior leadership teams. She specialises in transformation and culture change.

A Biochemist by training Mark had six years’ experience in Pharma sales leadership prior to a successful career in Pharma training & development. He has a track record in company growth, leading a global coaching consultancy from a UK-focused company, to a valued partner for many Global Healthcare and Pharma companies, supporting their cross functional leadership in locations around the world. Mark also holds director and board level positions with two other companies in the biotechnology and food sectors and is passionate about personal development.

Julie focuses on bringing out the best in people. Having over 20 years of experience as an HR professional, she understands how important it is that her clients find the right fit for their company when it comes to training.

Veronica has gained experience in a range of industries including Pharmaceuticals, Medical Devices and Media over the last 15 years. She specialises in diversity and inclusion, and talent management, bringing about tangible change and benefits through her coaching of individuals and teams.

With 24 years as a chartered management accountant under her belt, including 15 years’ experience in corporate financial roles, Sarah focuses on commercial strategy and early talent. For this reason, she believes in investing in teams, to see a significant ROI.
